Olivia was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and spent her childhood in Bensalem, PA, before moving to Port Orange, FL. In 2016, she relocated to Florida with her family, where she pursued her passion for construction. With an Associate of Science degree in Architectural and Building Technology, Olivia has been immersed in the industry since high school. Having grown up around construction—especially after witnessing her family rebuild their home after a fire—building has always felt second nature to her.

Now working as a superintendent, Olivia finds excitement in seeing projects come to life from the ground up. She values the collaboration between customers and subcontractors, knowing that the dedication poured into every project always pays off. She describes SLH Construction as dependable, collaborative, and honest.

Outside of work, Olivia’s biggest passion is dance. Having competed for nearly a decade, she continues to take adult dance classes and loves performing, especially in line and swing dancing. One of her proudest accomplishments was leading a high-level competitive dance team to multiple regional and national titles. As the youngest of six siblings, she’s learned to be outspoken and tackle challenges head-on—skills that serve her well both in and out of the construction field.
